Why You Should Never Use A DIY Website Builder
Almost every web hosting company offers one of these DIY (Do It Your Self) website builders. There have been many other bloggers weighing in on this topic. This is my contribution to the discussion.
I have worked on websites after someone used a DIY website builder. Most often, this required a complete re-write. In some cases the drag and drop elements were overlaying one another resulting in an unreadable website. In another case, the website did not fit on any screen and could not even be scrolled to see all the data.
If you don’t know what you are doing, your website could be unreadable, resulting in lost customers.
What A Web Designer/Developer Can Do For You
I can give you better service and followup. I test your website in the major browsers and on various devices such as computers, tablets and smart phones. I can set up your email on those devices.
And when the project is done, I can do ongoing maintenance. I’m also available to answer questions.
